About Me

Hello, my name is Angela Stringhini, also known by Vita Shakti. 

 

After leaving law school I decided to change career and follow a call from my heart, I  then embarked in the Holistic Medicine Field.

 

I have always been fascinated by the healing power of nature and the amazing self-healing capabilities of the body. For me health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being; and therefore one needs to connect all aspects of being; that is: the body, mind and soul with the environment and the community around.

 

I have qualified in various therapeutic modalities, merging esoteric healing with Eastern and Western Medicine. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences - Naturopathic Medicine and diplomas in Nutritional Therapy, Yogic Sciences (Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Therapist & Pregnancy Yoga), Ayurvedic Therapeutics, and many qualifications in Complementary Therapies, including Aromatherapy, MLD, Reflexology, Therapeutic Massages, Reiki, Iridology, Hydrotherapy & Holistic Beauty Therapy.

 

I have studied in India, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, UK, Brazil and other countries and had the honour to be taught by inspiring teachers and masters of whom I am eternally grateful for sharing their wisdom and knowledge in how to help others.

 

My workshops, courses, treatments and Yoga classes incorporate a unique approach; using my Holistic & Esoteric experiences to serve students and patients to experience a better health and well-being.

After years of clinical practice and extensive learning I have designed unique and specialised treatments, merging different techniques, esoteric and healing schools. I use only the best organic products (Neals Yard Remedies), Organic Ayurvedic Products and dōTERRA © high quality therapeutic essential oils.
