About the event
The New Year Gong Bath aims to regenerate the body after the festive seasons and to align the energies for the resolutions made for 2020.
As we know, it is hard sometimes to stick to resolutions, mainly because we have a pre-set of subconscious mind blocks that target our enthusiasm and creates barriers to achieve what we set out.
To help our journey in the resolutions for 2020, Yuri and I have prepared this Gong Bath session.
We will be using orange light colour in the room to stimulate creativity and engagement to help the plans that we have set out.
During the Shamanic Drum, Angela will be encouraging each participant to recall mentally the resolutions set for 2020. The sound of the drum will make a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind.
A range of essential oils will be available to try on a tissue or a perfume…
