This is a 1 hour gong bath, using Paiste Planet Gongs: Jupiter and Venus and other sound healing instruments: Tibetan singing bowls, crystal tuning forks and Kochi bells.

Prior the Gong bath starts, there will be different essential oils in various mediums (hand cream, sprays, diluted in base oil and pure essential to add it in a tissue so that you can smell during the session. You will be able to explore your senses through the use of the essential oils which in turn will add to the therapeutic effects of the gong bath. The essential oils used are connected to the season.
