Come and join us in this special time to celebrate the Festival of Light. 

Light is a metaphor of knowledge and consciousness and Diwali symbolises the spiritual "victory of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge over ignorance". This time is considered a powerful turning point in the wheel of the year and prepare for a new change of the present moment.

On Diwali houses are lit up with oil lamps, being the fire the ultimate source of light and energy. 

In Ayurveda, fire represents light, heat, energy, understanding, metabolism and the power of transformation. The fire is also connected with emotions and how they can interfere in the functions of the body. 

Meditation and relaxation are essential to balance the Fire element, and that is the aim of this special gong bath.

This will be a 1 hour gong bath, using Paiste Planet Gongs, Shamanic Drum, and the room will be illuminated with candles and other lights to to bring forth these wonderful energies related with the fire element. 

We start by lying down carrying out a progressive muscle relaxation technique; tensing one muscle group at a time to release of the tension. This technique is effective to let go of stress, to reduce muscle stiffness, to relieve insomnia and tiredness. 

Herbal tea will be served prior the gong bath, be welcome to arrive by 8:00pm.

Mats and shawl to keep warm provided, but bring yours if you want.
