Gong Bath can bring the subconscious body to a neutral state by reducing the speed of brain waves; in the so called “zero point”; one can create a different reality and breakthrough. The vibrational sound of Gong creates an energetic flow to the body, helping the body to relax and to restore.

The Green Light Green is the universal healing colour, it works on the vibrations of the heart chakra. Because green is midway in the colour spectrum; therefore, it contains both a physical nature and a spiritual nature, in equal balance and in equal harmony. Green connects us to unconditional love and is used for balancing our whole being.

All session is done lying down on the yoga mat. We start with a progressive muscle relaxation technique by tensing one muscle group at a time followed by a relaxation phase with release of the tension. This technique is effective to let go of stress, to reduce muscle stiffness, to relieve insomnia and tiredness. This is followed by a short deep breathing exercise, the aim is to tune in to the moment, to let it go of the business of the week and to make the most of the gong bath experience.

Herbal tea will be served prior the gong bath, be welcome to arrive by 6:45pm.

Mats and shawl to keep warm provided, but bring yours if you want.

Please wear comfortable clothing.
