This is a 1 hour gong bath, using Paiste Planet Gongs: Jupiter and Venus and other sound healing instruments: Tibetan singing bowls, crystal tuning forks and Kochi bells. The sound of the shamanic drum breaks through emotional blocks held into our subconscious mind and, as a consequence, it has profound healing capabilities. 

The idea of using colour-therapy (light therapy) with sound healing is to unite the healing properties of sound with the healing properties of light. Light healing is based on the premisses that on the surface of the skin; the physical and energy bodies interface through the colour's vibrations. The vibrating colours generate electrical impulses and magnetic current or fields of energy that are prime activators of the biochemical and hormonal processes in the human body; the stimulants or sedatives necessary to balance the entire system and organs.
